CCEase fulfills ICF Requirements for:
- 10 hours of Core Competency training (DEI, Ethics, Coaching Mindset, Coaching Agreements)
- 10 hours of Mentoring (7 group/3 hours 1-on-1)
- 3-hours of Ethics specific training
- 3-hour update on the newest Core Competency – Embodies a Coaching Mindset

CCEase is made up of three components – 10 hours of Training, 7 hours of Group Mentoring, and 3 hours of 1-on-one mentoring. You may register for exactly the services you need, a la carte. Or, complete the 9-week CCEase program and earn 20 CCEs with 10 hours of mentoring.
